Welcome to 360Synk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our field service management platform. By using 360Synk, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

- Service: The 360Synk platform, including web portal, mobile applications, and APIs
- User: Any individual accessing the Service
- Tenant: A business organisation with a 360Synk subscription
- Data: Any information uploaded, stored, or processed through the Service

3. Account Registration

To use 360Synk, you must:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Use the Service to harm others

5. Data Ownership

- You retain ownership of all data you upload
- We process your data only to provide the Service

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Payment Terms

- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
